Packages:
All prices listed are the estimated prices. These prices are subject to change based on the availability and
amount of guests and or decorations required.
All packages can be altered to fit the particular needs of the bride and groom please feel free to ask any questions needed about packages.
Initial Meeting: A $25.00 consultation fee will be due for the first initial meeting. If you purchase a package then the $25.00 can be used towards your package.
Consultant
Only: This is like a mini wedding planning course. I will not be at
your wedding but I will provide you with the skills to plan your own day. This
package includes up to 3 one hour sessions and a wedding planner book. =$150.00.
Planning
Preparation: This package includes the consultations and the planner plus me
contacting vendors for your day. I will create a spreadsheet with all options
and amenities for the vendors I contact, and then you will choose which one you want to go with, and I
will book it. I will also assist you in keeping everything organized. Prices starting at $250.00.
On a Budget: This
package is where you can plan most of your wedding and bookings. I am there for
3 one hour sessions for advice and help. I will be at your rehearsal for
attendance and coordination, plus I will help in lining up the bridal party for
rehearsal and the day of the wedding I will be there to ensure things run
smoothly. I will help the ushers in seating arrangements and remind music
people of their duties plus help the bride with her dress and refer guest to
reception while bride and groom are taking pictures. Prices starting at $350.00.
Just the
Wedding Day: This package is where we meet up to 3 times prior to the
wedding to discuss vendors and such. I will provide a timeline for up to 5 vendors (extra vendors will be available at extra cost)
with specific instructions per bride and groom. I direct the rehearsal dinner
and practice for the wedding and I will be at the ceremony and the receptions
per given hours of request. I’ll keep track of the guest book attendant and
provide a last minute emergency kit. Prices starting at $450.00
Partial
Coordination: This package includes the entire “Just the Wedding Day” package
along with me making sure all your vendors are paid. I will set up the
rehearsal coordination’s and provide either reception or ceremony decorations
to its entirety. Prices starting at $700.00.
Full
Coordination: This package includes from the engagement to the honeymoon plans.
I will help coordinate everything from vendors to wedding dress selections, and
colors. The package also includes all of the reception, rehearsal, and ceremony
decorations. All decorations exclusively created per bride and groom’s individual request. Prices starting at $2,000.
Just Decorations: Ceremony
-Basic: Includes up to 3 meetings to discuss ideas about
decorations and plans. Package also includes basic decorations for the ceremony
such as pew decorations, altar decorations, and centerpieces. Prices starting at $250.00.
-Advanced: Includes the basic plus the unity candle, aisle runner,
ring bearer pillow, flower girl baskets, and
matching rose petals. Prices starting at $500.00.
Just
Decorations: Reception
-Basic: Includes table clothes, simple decorations, up to ten decorated tables and a decorated bridal table. Prices starting at $200.00.
-Advanced: Complete reception decorations. Prices starting at $400.00.
Add- On’s

Custom made invitations, save-the-dates, and/or programs- in most cases for a wedding of 100-200 guests I have available with prices starting at $300.00.

I’ll return your rented items to tuxedo shop; return cake pillars,
and delivery of dress to cleaners or whatever else bride and groom request. Up
to 5 locations for drop-offs. Prices starting at $75.00.

I am also willing to travel to do your wedding; the package price
will be the same with an additional $25.00 fee per hour traveled.
